How to ZEN

Zen lifestyle is a place of tranquillity where guests come to relax and enjoy their treatments. We are an advanced skincare provider, and we strive to provide a luxurious experience for all our guests.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for treatments lasting over 30 minutes to secure your booking. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any amendments or cancellations. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, your deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. Gift cards may be used as a form of deposit. In the event of a late cancellation or amendment, the cancellation fee will be deducted from the gift card balance.

Salon Etiquette

Zen Lifestyle is a place of peace and tranquillity. Many of our clients come to relax and unwind.

We kindly request clients to keep noise, including phones, to a minimum whilst in the salon.

Before Your Treatment

If you are coming for a facial or massage, we welcome you to come 10-15 minutes before your appointment to relax and unwind. 

Enjoy a complimentary tea, coffee or prosecco during your manicure or pedicure – sit back, sip, and let us take care of you! 

Something For Everyone...

Gift Cards

Gift Cards can be bought in-store or online. They can be for a chosen value or treatment and are a great way to treat a friend or loved one. Valid for use for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Choose any value you like, or specify your own value.

Many of our most popular treatments can be purchased as a voucher to give as a gift to a friend or loved one. An ideal birthday, Christmas or special occasion gift.

Patch Test Requirements

Patch tests are required to be carried out at least 48 hours before treatments that involve tints or products near the eye. Patch testing is required for eyebrow/eyelash tint, HD brows, and LVL CeraLash Lift. Patch tests are valid for 6 months.

Tanning

We highly recommend clients do a full body exfoliation 24 hours before their tanning appointment. On the day, please avoid using any oily products and wear loose clothing when coming for your treatment.

Pedicure

For our Vinylux pedicures, we recommend bringing some open-toe shoes or flip-flops with you to your appointment. Please note, we may not be able to carry out your pedicure or may need to amend the treatment if you have a skin or nail infection.

Staff Tipping

Tipping is never required but greatly appreciated. 100% of tips go directly to your chosen therapist. Any tips are completely at your discretion and are not included in service pricing.

At Zen, we care about your privacy. We collect, use, and protect your personal information in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We never sell or share any information with third parties without your permission. We’ll only send you promotions or news if you’ve given us your email and permission.
