Cancellation Policy

We will take a 50% deposit at the time of booking, for treatments over 30 minutes, to secure your reservation. 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation otherwise your booking deposit will be retained.

Salon Etiquette

Zen Lifestyle is a place of peace and tranquillity. Many of our clients come to relax and unwind.

We kindly request clients to switch off mobiles and keep noise to a minimum whilst in the salon.

Before & After Treatment

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your reservation time in order to check-in and enjoy your treatment without a rush.

Herbal tea, breakfast tea, and fresh coffee are available before and after your treatment.

Treatment Vouchers

The vast majority of our treatments can be purchased as a voucher for giving as a gift to a friend, or loved one. An ideal birthday, Christmas or special occasion gift.

Tanning

We highly recommend clients do a full body exfoliation 24 hours before their tanning appointment. On the day please avoid using any oily products and wear loose clothing when coming for your treatment.

Patch tests

We require patch tests to be carried out up to 48 hrs before some of our treatments that involve tints or products near the eye. Patch testing is required for eyebrow/eyelash tint, HD brows, and LVL Lash Lift.

Pedicure

For our Vinylux pedicures, we recommend bringing some open-toe shoes or flip-flops with you to your appointment. Please note, we may not be able to carry out your pedicure or may need to amend the treatment if you have a skin or nail infection.
