Beauty Therapists

We are seeking a skilled and passionate experienced Beauty Therapist to join our team. You’ll provide a wide range of beauty services helping our loyal clients achieve their skincare and beauty goals, and boost their confidence!

If you have excellent communication skills, a customer service mindset, and experience in beauty treatments such as massage, body treatments, facials, peels, manicures, pedicures, waxing and brow services, we would love to hear from you.

We offer the exceptional skincare menu and homecare range from industry leaders Medik8 and work with other suppliers such as BTL Aesthetics, Ellipse, Elemis, Synergie, Heliocare, Gel Bottle, CND, Harley and NEOM. We partner this with the customer experience our large local client base have come to know and expect from 25 years of brand Zen!

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of beauty treatments such as massage, body treatments, facials, peels, manicures, pedicures, waxing and brow services
• Provide personalized consultations to clients to understand their beauty and skincare goals and recommend suitable treatments
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized work space

Skills Required

• Strong salon experience offering a range of beauty treatments
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to provide personalized attention to each client
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively

This position will work to a set rota covering Wednesday-Saturday, with the option of taking 1 full weekend off a month! We are looking to cover 24-30 hours per week.
